Mhilu A. Kiluwasha founded KiluWorks Enterprise to bring education, leadership development, andcommunication into one place. His purpose is to add value to others by helping people recognize theirstrengths, develop practical skills, and lead with greater intention.
Connecting Learning and Leadership
Mhilu’s work with students, adult learners, and organizations has shaped his belief that growthextends beyond gaining information. People also need confidence, self-awareness, and the ability tocommunicate what they know.That belief guides the KiluWorks Learning Center, his books and resources, and the speaking andtraining he develops for groups.
Experience and Preparation
Mhilu is an instructor at Columbus State Community College and holds an MBA in InternationalBusiness. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology at Liberty University. He isalso a John C. Maxwell Certified Corporate Trainer and DISC Behavioral Consultant.His book, Becoming an Authentic Leader: Uncovering Your Unique Gifts and Leading from the InsideOut, invites readers to explore the experiences, values, and gifts that shape how they lead.
